Sainterview does not provide public registration, self-sign-up, or automatic login for any user without an active client relationship. Any unauthorised access or attempt to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
Sainterview provides a technology platform that enables authorised clients to conduct and evaluate interviews, assessments, and related interactions digitally. Sainterview is only a platform provider. It is not an employer, recruiter, or interviewer, and it does not represent any client or candidate in an employment relationship. All decisions regarding selection, employment, or engagement of candidates are made solely by the client or its authorised representatives. Sainterview does not guarantee employment, offer letters, interview outcomes, or any engagement of the candidate by the client.
The Sainterview platform, including but not limited to its software, algorithms, architecture, design, user interface, question banks, psychometric frameworks, reports, analytics, branding, visual elements, documentation, and all related content, is the sole and exclusive property of Sainterview Tech Private Limited. All rights, title, and interest in and to the platform and its components are protected under Indian copyright law, trademark law, and applicable international intellectual property treaties. Unauthorised copying, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, display, sale, resale, or reproduction of any part of the platform or its content — including screenshots, layouts, workflows, or design elements — is strictly prohibited. Users are granted only a limited, revocable, and non-transferable right to access and use the platform solely for the purpose authorised under a valid Master Services Agreement (MSA). Any violation of these provisions may result in immediate termination of access and may invite civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
Sainterview processes candidate data solely on behalf of its contracting clients and in accordance with the MSA and applicable data protection laws. Clients remain the owners and controllers of all data collected from candidates. Sainterview acts only as a data processor for the limited purpose of providing the contracted services. Candidates’ data is retained, processed, and deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the applicable Data Retention Policy.
Users shall:
Sainterview endeavours to ensure that its website and platform remain available and functional. However, access may be temporarily suspended or limited due to maintenance, upgrades, system updates, or factors beyond our control. Sainterview shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such interruptions.
The Sainterview platform and all related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sainterview does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any interview or assessment outcomes generated through the platform. Clients are solely responsible for verifying the information and for any decisions made based on the assessments or reports. Sainterview shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, offers, or rejections made by clients.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sainterview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the platform.
Sainterview reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user account or candidate link if:
Data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Data Retention Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform.
Sainterview reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website or platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
