ICICI Bank Limited, where he led trade, treasury, and operational transformations across multiple verticals.

YES Bank Limited, as President and Chief Experience Officer – Corporate Banking, driving digital and service excellence.

Tata Consultancy Services Limited, as Vice President and Director of Operations, leading large-scale banking transformation initiatives in India and the UAE.

Traydstream Limited, as Director – India and Chief Risk Officer, where he built the India Centre of Excellence and led global risk, ISO 27001, and SOC I/II compliance programs.

Mohandas Pillai

Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer

Mohandas Pillai brings over three decades of distinguished leadership experience, spanning diverse industries such as financial services, consumer durables and media. He has held key leadership roles in renowned organizations including Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (now Axis Max Life Insurance), ION Exchange (I) Ltd., Sterling, and The Times of India Group.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mohandas has been instrumental in driving business transformation, building high-performance teams, and leading large-scale strategic initiatives.

Career Highlights

With more than two decades in the insurance industry, he served as Corporate Vice President at Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd., where he spearheaded national programs and strategic initiatives for the Agency Channel — including Agency Work System, Recruitment, Digitization, and New Agency Office Expansion. He also successfully led field teams as Senior Vice President – West Zone and Regional Vice President – South Zone.

His exceptional leadership and performance have earned him numerous accolades, including the prestigious Chairman’s Award at Max Life (twice) and over 100 awards for excellence in leadership, innovation, and business performance. The Six Sigma Green and Black Belt projects under his stewardship were recognized among the best by QUIMPRO and CII (Confederation of Indian Industry). He was also an international finalist for the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and represented Max Life Insurance at a global leadership forum in Dallas, USA.

Before co-founding Sainterview Tech, Mohandas was the Founder & CEO of Global LeadNext Consulting, a firm dedicated to empowering organizations through sales acceleration, leadership development, and business transformation.

Madhavan Sukumaran is a highly accomplished technology and governance leader with over four decades of experience across Information Security, Quality Assurance, Product Engineering, and Strategic Consulting. As the Chief Technology Officer at Sainterview Tech, Madhavan drives the company’s technology strategy, architecture, and information security governance.

He ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of Sainterview’s AI-driven platforms, aligning them with global standards of quality and compliance.

Career Highlights

Previously, Madhavan served as Director at MM Consultants OPC Pvt. Ltd, providing strategic consulting in Information Security, Quality Systems, and Patent Drafting. He successfully guided several organizations through digital transformation and certification journeys, achieving compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and CMMI Level 5 standards.

At SunTec Business Solutions, he held leadership roles including Chief Information Security Officer and Head – Quality & Information Security. He led SunTec’s migration to ISO 27001:2013 certification, strengthened its security frameworks, and championed a culture of continuous improvement across global operations.

Earlier in his career, he served as Principal Consultant at Zensar Technologies, managing critical projects in the UK and Australia, and began his professional journey with Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore (FACT), where he advanced to Deputy Chief Manager (IT), overseeing enterprise-scale automation and data systems.

Having held senior leadership positions at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and a Tata Group company, Jay brings a rich blend of corporate experience, entrepreneurial agility, and people-centred leadership. Recognized for his ability to build high-performing teams and drive organizational growth, he has led national operations, nurtured leadership talent, and shaped brand and customer engagement strategies with a focus on innovation and excellence. 

As a respected mentor and faculty member, he has conducted sales and marketing capability workshops and leadership programs, contributing significantly to the growth of the Organisations he has worked in.

Before joining Sainterview Tech, he worked with Kotak Securities, managing trading portfolios, advising clients on derivatives and risk management, and enhancing operational efficiency. He also contributed to the Koye Pharmaceuticals acquisition process through financial due diligence and regulatory coordination.
