Full Stack Developer

Experience: 3–5 years 

What you will do 

• Build, enhance, and scale the core modules of our AI interview ecosystem. FitSuite, VitaLens, PersonaView, MindGauge, and HireMatrix. 
• Develop responsive, secure interfaces and APIs for real-time AI assessments, video streaming, and candidate proctoring. 
• Collaborate with AI and cloud teams to convert insights into intelligent, scalable features.
• Contribute to platform evolution beyond hiring including analytics, learning journeys and human–AI interactions. 

What we are looking for 

• Expertise in React / Next.js, Node.js / Python, and RESTful or GraphQL APIs. 
• Working knowledge of AI/NLP APIs, browser video SDKs, and authentication frameworks. 
• Awareness of performance tuning, caching, and scalability design. 
• Startup mindset ie proactive, curious, and eager to grow with the product roadmap.
