Full Job Description

Experience: 3–5 years 

What you’ll do 

  • Own the reliability, scalability, and security of our AWS environment post-migration. 
  • Conduct capacity planning, load testing, and ensure business continuity. 
  • Enforce ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 aligned policies for data, AI, and user privacy. 
  • Oversee proctoring security, including session encryption, storage, and audit trails. 
  • Help architect the next generation of our platform as we expand beyond hiring. 

What we are looking for 

  • Deep AWS skills with strong grounding in security, IAM, encryption, and DR. 
  • Experience with auto-scaling, observability, and compliance audits. 
  • Exposure to AI service governance, model endpoint protection, and ethical data handling. 
  • Strategic thinker who can balance stability with innovation.
